Brad went above and beyond for my grandmother! Her house sold in one day thanks to the great photos and write up. We were set to close but one issue after another came up with the house since it was so old. Brad was on top of everything and responded to it all in record time. He had the issues taken care of before we knew it. He did all of the calling, setting up appointments, running around, etc. Every email, call, and text was answered right away. He took so much stress off of myself and my grandmother! He bargained and dealed with everyone so we always got the lowest price for repairs, closing, etc. He even had closing set up at the hospital at the last minute. He sat there with her as she was sick and throwing up. He is a stellar, sweet guy! I would definitely recommend him to buy or sell a home. He will always put forth his best effort with a smile on his face even in the most stressful times!! Thank you! I don’t know what we would have done without him!Kelly Catlett
