I cannot say enough great things about Brad! We were brand new to the home buying process and had no idea where to start. Not only was Brad approachable, responsive, and professional, but he took time to explain the process in simple terms and always had a minute to answer our millions of questions. We always felt like a priority even though I’m sure our budget was on the lower side of his usual clients. Brad was honest and realistic about our chances given the crazy market conditions, but he managed to get us the first house we fell in love with for under asking price! Some may call it luck, but I think Brad has a little bit of magic too. He recommended a great handyman to make some repairs after we closed and has stayed in touch, even sending us a congratulations card once we moved in. We highly recommend Brad and will absolutely be using him again in the future!
